In short: your data at Laadloon.nl
We use your data to register your charging and pay you out. We share data with parties needed for the service. You can opt out of marketing and request deletion, except where statutory retention applies. We do not sell or trade your data.
1. Who we are
Laadloon.nl is a trade name of Compliance2Cash B.V., based in Bergschenhoek, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 98696211. We process personal data to provide our service — registering charging with the Netherlands Emissions Authority (NEa) and paying out compensation.
2. Which data we process
Name, address, email address and telephone number; IBAN for payouts; charging in kWh and evidence such as invoices, contracts, charge-card screenshots and session reports; technical data about your charger; and login details for your account.
3. What we use this data for
To register charging with the Netherlands Emissions Authority, calculate and pay out compensation, communicate about your account, meet legal obligations, and improve our service through anonymised analyses.
4. Legal bases
Performance of the contract, legal obligations, legitimate interest in security and fraud control, and consent for marketing emails.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep contract and invoice data for seven years because of the fiscal retention duty. Other data we keep for as long as the mandate runs and up to two years afterwards, unless you ask for earlier deletion or a legal retention duty applies.
6. Sharing with third parties
We share data with parties needed for our service, including the NEa, external verification, hosting and IT partners, payment providers and the accountant. If you join via the referral programme we share limited first name, town and realised commission in the first calendar year with the person who invited you.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access, correction, deletion and data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent for marketing.
8. Right to be forgotten
On request we erase data, except where we are legally required to keep it, for example fiscal records and NEa reports.
9. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unauthorised access.

This website and external services
The calculators run in your browser; your input is not sent to a calculation service. This website does not place advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Partner codes and campaign parameters may be passed through links into signup. External media do not load automatically: a media link opens the relevant service. The logged-in customer environment also has its own privacy information and terms.
